balenaEtcher-Setup-1.5.38-x64 installs but comes up blank. I had to uninstall it and go back to 1.5.5 for it to work.
1.5.38 has a broken windows installer, please use 1.5.39 from https://github.com/balena-io/etcher/releases/tag/v1.5.39 @stevelloyd
