RPI Zero W and 4 Not showing in Bluetooth or Spotify

Hello all,

I have installed BalenaSound on both a Zero and a 4, with the intentions of the 4 being the host.

They’re both showing as online on the Balena dashboard, however are not showing on the bluetooth menu on any devices, nor showing in Spotify when using a premium account.

What are the next steps to take to try and resolve this. I have rebooted the devices a couple of times.

Hello, perhaps start by powering down the Zero and putting the Pi 4 in standalone mode temporarily to see if it shows up on the Bluetooth menus. You can set that mode using the SOUND_MODE environment variable as described here: Customization - Home
