Balena Sound RPi4 - no bluetooth, airplay or spotify

Hello,

I’ve been trying for a bit to get balena sound working, but I can’t get any connectivity functional with the pi after it boots up.

Setup: Raspberry Pi 4B with 128gb samsung EVO plus SD card

I have tried flashing both the development and production versions of balenaOS 2.80.5+rev1

The pi boots fine and shows up in the balena dashboard, however it is never visible via bluetooth, airplay or spotify connect from any device (iphone, ipad, windows laptop). I have reviewed the getting started guide and it makes it sound like no additional setup is necessary after getting the pi booted on my network. What step am I missing? Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hey there, welcome to the forums!

Are there any logs in the dashboard that may indicate a problem? Do all of the services in the list appear to be running?

Got it figured out:
After setting up a BalenaCloud account I missed the part about going back and hitting the “Deploy with Balena” button to setup the correct github repo for the release. Once I did that, everything worked just like magic!
