Pisces100 - Claim IOT (Helium) Rewards in Balena

I have BalenaCloud with Nebra software for my Pisces. It seems everything correct. I see the hotspot in Relay, Mokay and explorer active witnessed and minting. Everything ok.

My problems is how can I claim the rewards. I used to claim in the app, but now with balena I cannot connect the hotspot to the app to claim the rewards. How can I do? Anybody can give me a hand to help me.
