Hello, I have a problem with a Nebra miner V2 that got a new rock pi, according to nebra everything is fine, but the device is not receiving anything, sending works. the HUT on another original nebra pi works immediately, so it must be something wrong with the new PI

If you get into the Terminal > miner (or gateway_rs) service and query helium_gateway info name router and share the logs?

well… on the file you shared i see a log of errors from your miner. Did you update to the latest version of Nebra?
on the other hand, did you add device variables such as REGION_OVERRIDE or VARIANT?

Yes, I’ve also been writing with the Nebra people for weeks, new image recreated nothing helped… that’s why I downloaded the Nebra balena software.
