interface issue

////Run Version 1.5111 on Windows 7.

  1. Interface shows flash options
  2. can select iso file
  3. target option does not show intended usb drive.
  4. target list included an sd drive and several usb hard drives
    What next ???

Hello.

Before diving any deeper, can you confirm that the USB device in question is plugged in correctly and visible/usable by other applications? And it’s balenaEtcher specifically that does not display the device?
