Etcher will not see a USB but Windows does

I am trying to flash an image to a USB stick with an SD card. Etcher will not see the USB but the Windows PC does. Any ideas?

Hi, what version of balenaEtcher do you have installed? Are you also running any anti-virus or security software that can control access to devices?

Hello cmfcruz. Thank you for your reply. I have just got balena working. My PC would not find the USBs. I had to use an SD adapter linked to a notebook in order to flash the micro SD. One I did this it worked immediately.
