I am trying to use BalenaCloud with my Raspberry Pi 3b+, and I had to flash BalenaOS to a USB stick which can be used with a Raspberry Pi and Rasbian. However it doesn’t seem to be working with BalenaOS. Any ideas on how to fix?

Just so I understand the problem fully - when you flashed raspbian to the USB stick, your Pi could boot from it - however when you flashed balenaOS to the same USB stick, the Pi could not boot?
If you attached an HDMI cable to the Pi and a monitor, what do you see when you try to use balenaOS? Also what image / OS version are you trying to use for balenaOS - we should make sure its definitely a Raspberry Pi 3 compatible image.
