EtcherPro Support?

How do I get support for my EtcherPro? I’m sending emails to pro@etcher.io and receiving no response. I have successfully used it twice, and the rest of the time its been a paperweight. Today the screen decided to become a scrambled mess as you can see in the photo attached. Somebody help me, you took a lot of money from me for this!
