Sometimes Etcher Pro turns off automatically while flashing the program. And this is turned on again by disconnecting and connecting the power supply again.
If anyone faces this issue, then guide me to solve it.
Have the same problem here. I purchased two Etcher Pros and both spontaneously failed during copying or validation.
I did find out that this is most likely due to overheating.
After I opened the EtcherPro and created some extra airflow with a fan, the problem disappeared for me.
I also have the feeling that the built-in fan doesn’t do much.
Perhaps a firmware update can solve this problem?

Hi, sorry for the late reaction.
My Etcher Pros are running in a offline environment, to connect them to the internet can be very challenging.
I also noticed that the internal fan is not running (on both units) during the flashing, only at the first startup the fan is running for a moment.
Maybe if the fan is running more often the overheating problem could very simple be solved.
Hello again, the fan will operate at full speed for a few seconds upon startup, in order to see whether there is an issue with overheating please send us your order reference number and your device’s serial number via email at store@balena.io and we’ll run some diagnostic tests on your devices using balena cloud. I understand that your internet situation might be challenging at your office, perhaps you could try connecting your device using an internet hotspot from a cell phone. You can connect your device to your hotspot by selecting Settings - WiFi connection on your device touchscreen.
