BalenaEtcher Pro delivered but not working (boot never ending and switchs off)

Dears,

We’ve just purchased and received a Balena EtcherPro Midnight Blue device the 15 January 2024 (Invoice GR-00551 for 1209$).

We followed the getting started manual.

After having supplied the device with the provided cable (POWER IN connector + 230V AC plug), we notice that the device starts for a couple of second but the device switchs off before reaching to display content on the screen. We cannot not use it at this time.

We had ordered this device to win time to flash our SD cards in our hardware factory. We are very annoyed by this situation. Could you deal in emergency with our trouble with this device we’ve just received and set-up together a procedure to have a device replacement ? It is a critical issue for us.

This is the video of the default booting success. The problem is systematical with different 230V plugs.

The cable is properly plugged.
