Balena public device url speed

I have like 9 docker containers, it’s sorta hard to describe so look at the image below , I only stopped the 3 containers, I use Nextcloud in it and the device url is so so slow and has a very high latency , how to fix this, all these are running on a raspberry pi 4 using 64 bit os
