Allow reordering device table columns

Currently tags are all the way at the end of the table to the right. I would like to be able to move this closer to the left so they show up on my 1080p 16:9 display. I still want the other columns enabled to quickly take a glance at instead of having to constantly hide and show columns I don’t often use.
