You must initialize a disk before Logical Disk Manager can access it

I’ve flashed HiveOS 0.6-212-stable onto my 120GB ADATA650 SSD with balenaEtcher 1.7.7. However, I do not see the SSD showing on my PC (previously, before flashing, it did not show either).

When I right click This PC → manage → Storage → Disk Management, it says:

‘You must initialize a disk before Logical Disk Manager can access it.’, where there are 2 options, MBR and GPT. Regardless of which option I choose, it still says Disk 3, the SSD I flashed is fully unallocated.

I am not sure what to do here as I could not find any tutorials on how to proceed.

EDIT: I have found a solution, I will leave this post here in case anyone encounters a similar problem. Once you are in Disk Management, locate Disk 3 (or whichever is the SSD you flashed HiveOS into), right click and click ‘Offline’. It will pop-up a message, ignore it and right click ‘Online’, the HiveOS partition should show up on the disk. From there, you can assign a letter to the disk.
