Why changelog shows v1.5.60 when I'm only able to download v1.5.59 for windows?

I’m not sure why the website is not showing the latest version, we’ll look into that, but in the meantime you can always find the latest downloads on the releases page on GitHub here: https://github.com/balena-io/etcher/tags
