I understand that you have downloaded the latest version of balenaEtcher and that it isn’t working as expected. Moreover, I don’t understand what you mean by

Can you please share more details about the issues?

  • Please share the download link that you’ve used to download balenaEtcher (we have recently seen plagiaries of balenaEtcher) Here you find our download links
  • What do you mean by a white screen showing at start up of balena. Can you share screenshots?
  • Do you refer to the ‘Etcher for Windows (x86|x64) (Portable)’?
  • What do you expect when you’re saying that the portable version is not installing?
  • What operating system are you using to execute the balenaEtcher executable?
  • Is your operating system blocking the startup of balenaEtcher, maybe due to strict configured firewalls or anti-virus systems?
