Unable to set release version

Hello, is there currently an unreported outage? Status page shows that everything is operational. Today I attempted to test a new release candidate for one of my fleets however Its stuck downloading. Upon attempt to revert to the known working version it will not recover and is basically doing nothing.

Local mode is working fine for testing.

I was able to now get one of the devices to pin a release by updating the OS version and Supervisor version. However these have been the same for several weeks now on these test devices and Ideally I dont have to do this for every device in my fleet.
