I’m having issues updating a batch of devices in our fleet. Of the ~80 devices, nearly ~10 are stuck and unable to update. They are marked as “Online” but will not apply the target release. Some are not moving from 0% updated, while others will make it to as high as 29% updated before failing and returning to 0%. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to update the Supervisor Version to the latest release. Any advice would be appreciated. If granting support access would be useful to Balena support, I’m willing to do that as well. Thanks in advance.
Host OS Version: 2.72.0+rev1
Supervisor Version: 12.3.5
Hardware: Raspberry Pi CM3

Hello folks,
We received the support URL from your side, but the support access might have been revoked or expired. Can you enable support access again, thanks!
We were able to get it sorted by moving all problem devices to an empty fleet, stopping the container on all devices in the target fleet, then slowly moving problem devices back to the target fleet.
