Doesn’t seem to be updating device to latest release

HI,

I am struggling with the scenario where i have moved device from one fleet to another fleet and trying to update the release on the device.

I have moved one device from fleet 1 (with x release) to fleet 2 (y release). I have uploaded the new release(z release) in fleet 2. expectations is device will be updated to the release z but somehow device is not getting upgraded to release z.

Hi @hemants, could you provide us with supervisor logs for this device? You can find more details here:

Or you can paste the output of the following command:

journalctl -u resin-supervisor -u balena-supervisor -xef -n 500

Could you also check to see if update locks are in place? If they are, you should see it in the logs on your dashboard.
