The two usb disks that were flashed by balenaetcher can not be detected by windows10

My Computer is Dell inspiron 531.
OS is Windows 10 (ver Chinese)
Three days ago I wanted to flash the puppy linux iso file into the usb disk.I used the balenaEtcher.I succeeded in flashing the usb disk。But after I did it , I inserted the usb disk to computer，the computer can not show the flashed usb disk。I think the computer can not detect it。
Is it right？Why？

Windows don’t play too well with other file-systems, and that’s what happens when you flash a linux image. The USB drive is probably working as expected and you can go ahead and use it to install linux on your computer.
