service is not getting updated to any release

Hi,

I am facing an issue from today morning on the raspberry pi4 device, which was working perfectly till yesterday. The device is stuck on a particular release, and is not getting updated to any other release, be it latest or an older release. I tried the following things:

1. restarted service
2. rebooted device
3. powered on and off the device
4. updated balenaOS
5. updated supervisor
6. re-etched balenaos on a fresh sd card and made a new device in the fleet and checked

But as seen below, it is not getting updated to any release.

Any help is much appreciated.

Yes I’ve been having the same issues last night and today. I believe it is related to the API issues on the Balena backend as @jordan-lumley mentioned:

Incident should probably be marked as an outage instead of degraded performance
