Hello, I am loving the service so far I find it useful.
Now I have several services most of which update and change releases. But there is one that is running on an older release and will not update or change no matter what I do. Is there a way I can force the service to change the release? I have restarted and tried to change up and down on my releases but it stays at the same one where the others change.

Could you please share more details of the device type you are running and the balenaOS version?
This is sometimes related with the connectivity or the status of the supervisor. Could you please share a screenshot of the Diagnostics section?

balenaOS 6.3.18 tried to update to it and the supervisor it always gets the same issues. Now its been stuck on Configuring (Reboot in progress) with no heartbeat,
It’s a Raspberry Pi CM3, which diagnostic screenshots would help. I really don’t want to climb up there and bring it down again
