I use project : " WiFi-enable USB printers with a Raspberry Pi and share it over your network", and I have a problem:

We encountered an error when reaching this balena.io device:

UUID 295bbe7c90df1f7f73fb2ade415fa06b

tunneling socket could not be established: 500

One possible reason is because nothing is listening on port 80 on the device.

Hi there,

When you look at the device in the balenaCloud dashboard, have you got the cups service and is it running? Is there any logging from that service shown?

Hi , no.
Only information abut RPi3 but no information about CUPS or service.

could you please try to run the health checks in the diagnostics tab? it might shed some light to the issue
