No sound on balena sound rpi 4

Hi I deploy with balena the balena sound today on my rpi 4 os 64bit unfortunately no sound coming out from 3.5 audio jack to my speaker for all the services bluetooth, spotify connect and airplay. I tried to select old balena os (2.87.16 + rev1) still no luck. Please help me thank you so much

I also just deployed on my rpi 3 and not getting any sound. Any help from the group would be greatly appreciated

No Sound After Fresh Install

I have the same problem on a raspberry pi3b+. Sound system works fine. Spotify connect, bluetooth all shows me as connected and “playing”. But, alas, no sound. I even tried a older version of BalenaSound thinking it might be a bug in the latest version, but no cigar. Outputting sound via headphone jack, logs shows that output as being selected. On reboot I hear a slight crackle in the speakers proving the jack to be powered, but no sound is coming through via bluetooth, airplay or spotify conne…

Hi guys, this issue was introduced in balenaSound v3.8.0. I just released a fix for the issue here https://github.com/balenalabs/balena-sound/pull/547.
Updating to balenaSound v3.8.4 should solve the problem. Let me know if it doesnt!
