I’ve no more access to my 2FA app on my smartphone and so i can’t generate token codes anymore. I’m locked ot of my account. Is there a way to get it back?

I noticed that I dont have my 2FA when trying to access my Balena Cloud account. I change my phone and it used to be saved in Google Authenticator.

Do you have access to your recovery codes? You can use those to access your account. These codes were generated when you activated 2FA on your account. Let us know if that works out for you.
