Is private chat broken?

Private chat seems to be randomly greyed out for me and I’m just rolling a dice as to whether or not it’s available.

  1. Viewed it earlier today. Greyed out.
  2. Viewed it a few hours later. Available
  3. A few minutes after. Greyed out

I checked the balena status page and it looks there were some outages 4 days ago. I hope this is working again for you!
