Flash from URL reports "Missing partition table", flash from file works

After an update to Etcher, I am no longer able to flash our linux images onto SD card directly from URL (Flash from URL). Etcher reports “Missing partition table”.

But when I download the file, and then use “Flash from file”, everything works fine.

How can I make it so that Flash from URL works again?

Or do anyone have a solution because the only solution i have is to install a older version
