When I try to use Etcher v1.1.2 I get an error saying; ERROR couldn’t scan the drives, permission error after start up. I am running Windows 10 on a Toshiba laptop and I can see the micro sd card is detected as drive E. How do I get Etcher to see the sd card as an available drive?

Big tank you for new Etcher version! (Sorry for bad English)
