Download config file stops at 48.1 , failed network error

Download of conf file for Pi Zero W tailored with Wifi SSID and passw. (141MB) stops at 48.1mb , 2nd attempt at 138mb, third at 16 Mb. And then a server error. Browser doesn’t make a difference (Chrome, Edge) Is there a better time to download than Saturday 15.53 GMT+1?
