Hi, the two issues seem to be unrelated.
The slow downloads might be related to how your ISP is routing the connection to our hosting provider. We have tried the download from multiple locations around the globe and did not experience any issues. Is this your first attempt to download the image or is this something that was working fine before and just got worse now? Would you also mind sharing the country you are downloading from? Thanks

Done. The issue is fixed now so I’m not gonna start a new thread for now. Might have been a firewall issue on our side.

never had issues downloading images, been downloading a lot actually…
speed test seems fine.
Also asked someone else from the team to download from his place, same results.
we are downloading from Israel.
Had another one trying and it worked fine for him, so i guess it is my ISP…
