if device is offline surely service statuses should be offline too ?
Hi there,
when a device goes offline the service is not necessarily stopped, as it could happen that the device loses the internet connection and the service that runs on the device does not require an internet connection. So what is happening is that the dashboard is no longer able to communicate with the device but that the device service is still running properly. Not having this certainty we prefer to simply change the label from status to last known status as you can see when a device goes offline.
