balenaEtcher stop working on Windows 10

Hi. I’m new at this
Trying to start Etcher (installed and the portabe versions) it start but immediatily freeze and appears the windows message “balenaEtcher stop working” .
My antivirus is turned off and the OS is Windows 10 Home single language v. 21H2

Hello, thanks for letting us know. It is very strange indeed.
If you can extend the information that would be helpful.

  • Do you use 64 or 32 bit version of Windows?
  • Do you have the chance to open the devtools (Ctrl + Alt + i) and see some logs (if yes please attach them) or it freezes immediately?
