During the install process at the end a box appears saying that there is no app associated with this program. Go to default apps to fix the problem.
I have no idea how to do this, so help needed.

Welcome @smigsy to Balena Forum. Are you able to access balena Etcher post this install error?
Can you share a screenshot of what file/program it tries for which it doesn’t find the app assoc? Also, if you can share the version of balenaEtcher installer you are using and the OS version.

Managed to get the program back up and running, used restore.
However when I burn a Zorin install disc and try to install I get a fail on something about dev/sda and a list of the drives are displayed.
What do I do please…

Hi, could you clarify what you mean by “install”? Are you saying when you try to install the OS on a computer? Or could you mean “flash” instead? We can’t help with problems installing Zorin, but if the etcher is at fault, we can certainly try to help.
Does the “verification” succeed when flashing to your drive? If so, it’s very unlikely that Etcher is causing the problem or even your drive.
