I have been using an EtcherPro on and off for a few months now, but I walked into the office today and it was stuck on the splash screen, same as michig54s. I have tried power cycling it multiple times as well as the updating instructions found here. My device does not have a Ethernet port, so I used a USB to ethernet adapter. The adapter had internet (check with another device), and the switch lights were active when plugged into the EP, but after a few hours and multiple tries, it still boots to the splash screen and gets stuck.
Is there anything else I can try?
