I have no idea what etcher is.
I noticed it was opening every night in my Windows 11 system by itself.
So I uninstalled it.
Next day it had reinstalled and run itself again.
I cannot find anything in task scheduler, or any legit reason this would run by itself.
I cannot see that anyone has remoted into my machine from the outside.
I have attched the install log.

Hello, on its own, Etcher has no way of installing or launching itself. Are you able to scan your computer to make sure there is no malware or other unwanted process that could be installing software? If you can, please post a screen shot of the Etcher window so we can take a look. What version of Etcher is being installed?
I’m not 100% sure, but I think this was some artifact of installing Wireshark. I uninstalled Wireshark and the problem seems to be gone.
