It should be possible to onboard a device flashed with Balena OS without having to customize the image.
Ideally, balena should support Fido Device Onboarding (Device Onboarding Overview - FIDO Alliance)
This way, a device installed with balena OS can be directly shipped from manufacturer to customer, without having to go through the hands of the IoT integrator.
