sorry for the long delay. It looks like you flashed an image that has a mountable partition. Your host system (presumably windows) detects the filesystem (most likely fat32) but cannot do anything with it.
After flashing with etcher under windows etcher ensures that the image was properly written to the medium. You can detach the device and use it as described in the image providers documentations.
