What is this forum software? Is this something resin has created or from an existing project?

I really like the look and feel of it, and so far, the features and the way it works.

I’m wondering about these things because another technical forum that I frequent recently migrated to a different forum platform and it’s a disaster, ugly, non-functional, a throw back to the year 2000 or something!
