Currently i’m facing very long build times for the fleet pushes and also a lot of internal server errors on the cloud dashboard. A build that took about 3 minutes to complete now takes close to 30 min.
I think there might be something wrong with the infrastructure here…
Thanks for your message. I usually do this before making any support request. Unfortunately the status page didn’t report any issues. That’s why i decided to raise awareness for the issue.
Are you still experiencing issues? If so, have you noticed any particular steps in the build process that are taking longer? If you could share some build logs that could help us identify the cause of the issue as well.
Thanks for your answer. No the issue has disappeared about 4-6h after reporting. i should have updated this thread. I was not the only one reporting elevated build times at that moment and i was just confused that the status page didn’t show anything. That was really the sole reason for making this post.
As my colleague mentioned if you could share the particular steps you where using maybe we can research further of what happened.
Having said that, sometimes these type of issues are related to 3rd party services and connectivity issues all around the world. Sometimes there are geolocated issues related to events that we can’t control or detect.
