Upgrading application from Starter

Hello,

We just turned to be a paying customer but our original application type (Starter), complains if we have more than 10 devices.

Can’t we simply change the type of the application? Or do we need to create a new onde and move all the devices?

Thanks for the question.

As it currently stands, a Starter application has a restriction of ten devices regardless of payment plan, so yes you’ll need to move any devices you have over to a new application. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
