Unable to complete account creation on dashboard.balena-cloud.com

Hello Balena Team,

I’m trying to create an account and whenever I click on the email verification link, it opens the fleet page for a brief moment then forwards me back to the verify email page. No matter how many times I click the email verification link, I always get forwarded back to the verify email page in the dashboard.

Thanks for reporting this. We were able to reproduce the issue and are looking into it.
In the meantime, can you try the following workaround: Open the link in the email in incognito mode and see if it works for you?

Hi, just an update, this issue should be fixed as of dashboard version 28.15.4.
