Trouble activating RAK5146 Gateway within ChirpStack

I have acquired the RAK5146 with GPS and the RAK2245 Pi HAT, which is connected to a Raspberry Pi 4. My current issue with the LoRa gateway is connecting it to the ChirpStack page. After following all the steps from the Quick Start Guide, I gain access to the gateway’s Chipstack UI, but it is empty when I open it, even though the guide states that “Everything should be pre-configured: Device profiles have been created, the Gateway has been registered with the server” as soon as I enter the UI.

I have also tried entering the gateway’s information, server, and service manually into the ChipStack’s UI, but after setting it up, the gateway is not shown as active. I have made sure that the “chirpstack-application-server”, “chirpstack-network-server”, and “chirpstack-gateway-bridge” services are up and running in the Raspberry Pi. I assumed that the issue lay in the packet forwarder as it might not be running, but when I try to run it manually, it stops in the middle of the process and reboots the entire Raspberry Pi.

I have followed the guide multiple times, and I seem to stumble upon the same issue when I try to connect to the ChirpStack UI. I was wondering if I could get some guidance or ideas on what might be going wrong. Anything would be much appreciated!
