Hi, I’m not sure where to get logs, but I’m currently on a windows 10 machine trying to switch completely over to Pop os. I have a Sandisk thumb drive. I was using Rufus to do so because I had in the past, but I kept getting error -32 and so on. I’m not sure because I had flashed the drive already if Etcher was running into an issue. I’ve looked at other post and I have run it as an administrator, my file defender setting is disabled. I’m not sure what else to do. I’m trying to get into disk management to try and save the thumb drives so they can be used again.

On Windows it should be Ctrl+Shift+I then go to the Console tab.

Unfortunately there is no clear indication of the cause to be seen in the log. Most likely cause would usually be a faulty USB drive. Can you please try with another drive ?
I tried with two drives. I will say again, I did try to use rufus originally since that’s what I used when I first installed pop os, but after getting error -32 I switched to Etcher using the same drives. Could that be the problem? Also when I tired it on the 2nd drive it seemed successful, but when I booted from that drive it booted windows…
