What’s the problem
Hello, it looks like you are attempting to flash the Kali Linux image to your system drive, the same drive where the image is located. Typically, you would flash the Kali Linux image to a USB stick or such (by inserting the stick in your computer and then it should show up in the list you posted.) You would then boot from that USB stick on the machine you want to install Kali on.
Do you have another drive, USB stick, or SD card inserted that you are attempting to flash? If so, do you have any security settings that might be preventing Etcher from seeing them? You may want to try a different storage device to see if that is recognized.
