I have reinstalled the device OS for my application and now I cannot get it to connect to Resin.io and show up in the dashboard. The device boots properly, showing the ASCII Resin logo, and I have triple-checked the ethernet connection. It was also working fine before I reinstalled the OS.
I can’t seem to find any other ways of troubleshooting. Any ideas as to what else could be going wrong here?

From your desciption it seems that you are experiencing connectivity issues. Here are a few suggestions:
First, check the ACT led of the rpi2 for known network errors:

Try to reprovision the device, i.e. make sure you have downloaded the OS for the rpi2 and write it to the SD card again.
If you have a wifi dongle, provide the wifi credentials when you download the OS and try again using the wifi as well.
If none of the above works, please report back. Also, let us know if the LED notification didn’t show for you.
