Release stuck in '...running' state

Hey everybody,
I have recently ran into a strange error while pushing a release to balena. I somehow entered into an error state where my release is always in the ‘Running’ state of deployment (See screenshot below).

I have tried to push a new release using the balena cli with the DEBUG flag enabled but receive an error with an unreadable message (See screenshot below) when pushing the new docker images.

Maybe the two issues are unrelated but I am not sure where to go from here for debugging so any suggestions would be appreciated. Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide to help.

Hi @jacobtheevans that is really strange. Can you give us the CLI version and laptop OS system/version you are running. Also if you can either point us to code or maybe give us the Dockerfile you are pushing, that will help us narrow down the issue. Thanks!
