Balena unit that is stuck on update, additionally container as EXITED and is not startable

HI,

I have a unit that presented a EXITED container.
I tried to restart it on the dashboard but I was not able come back live.
Then I tried to update the release version.
And now is stuck on updating the release, it gets up to 40% but is not able to go further then that.
It is continuously coming back 0% every time it reaches 40%.

Can you take a look into this unit?
Should I activate support access?

If I remember correctly I just updated the release.
I think that forced the problem to go away
