Problem whem pairing with Android OS

Hello,

I´m having a problem when to pairing the balena (raspberry 3b+) on my sansung S10+ through bluetooth. I was able to see find the device one the first time, but now I can´t even find it.
Then I tried to connect through IOS (ipap 4) and found no problem to connect.
Any advices?

Hello, Are you using the balenaSound project? Do you see any errors in the logs in the dashboard for the device?
