impossible to connect in bluetooth on a Rapberry 4

Hi,
I have 2 balenasound
I try to connect with an Android 10 smartphone

1 on Raspberry Pi 2 / balenaOS 2.48.0+rev1 on which I can connect in bluetooth without problem

1 on Raspberry Pi 4 / balenaOS 2.82.10+rev1 on which the bluetooth connection is systematically refused.

how to do ?
(I bought especially the rasp4 for that, I am very disappointed)

Hello, you might be hitting this issue: “Device tree overlays not working in >= 2.82.10+rev1 for aarch64 device types” please try an earlier or later version of the OS than 2.82 and let us know if that solves the problem you’re experiencing.
