Pi Zero W will not connect to resin.io

Hi! I configured a development image for the Pi Zero on v2.12.3+rev1 with WiFi. The ACT light on the board lights up and blinks randomly for about 3 minutes and then blinks 4 times then pauses. I understand that this means that the board cannot connect to WiFi or Resin. The credentials are correct and no ports are blocked. WiFi channel is 11 and is not 5g. Any ideas to why this would not work?

Fixed it, the Pi Zero was broken and had no WiFi or Bluetooth (had to use a usb wifi)

Thank’s for sharing back your findings.
I’m not sure what you mean exactly with “broken” but keep in mind that only the Pi Zero W has backed-in WiFi.
